Brian Wong (President and CEO)

Mr. Wong is President and CEO of Carbon Micro Battery Corporation since he joined the company in February 2010.
Mr. Wong has 27 years experience in roles as CEO, senior executive, general manager, marketing and engineering. He has experience building companies, products and brands targeting sectors that include consumer electronics, communications, storage, IT/computing, and government & military. He has formed partnerships with major international companies in telecom, computing, semiconductors, and consumer electronics.
Previously, Mr. Wong was President and CEO of D2Audio Corporation, a leading audio chip and software company, until it's acquisition by Intersil in 2008, after which he served as the Director of D2Audio-Intersil until 2009.
Prior to that, Mr. Wong was CEO at Primarion Inc, a company focused on data communications and Power Management ICs, which was acquired by Infineon.
He started his career at TRW, where he held various roles in engineering and management.
Mr. Wong holds a BSEE from University of California, Los Angeles, a MSEE from University of Southern California, and has taken graduate management classes at UCLA Anderson School of Management. He has co-authored textbooks and papers on semiconductor technology and data converters. He has been Chairman of The Austin Technology Council, serves on the Advisory Board for the UC Davis ECE Department, and has been a Board Director of other technology companies as well as and non-profit organizations.
Dr. Benjamin Park (founder and CTO)

Benjamin Park is an expert in novel carbon manufacturing techniques, battery materials screening and development, and battery chemistry.
He is one of the key inventors for many of the core technologies that allow Carbon Micro Battery Corporation to achieve its revolutionary capacities.
Benjamin Park has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, a MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
Rabih Zaouk (founder and COO)

Rabih Zaouk specializes in multiscale carbon shaping methods, battery electrode characterization & modeling, current collection, and research process optimization.
He obtained his B.E. in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut in 2000. He attained his M.S. in MAE from UCI Microsystems labs in 2002 where he worked on MEMS PMD Compensation. He is currently finishing a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at UCI focusing on Carbon MEMS based electrodes for electrochemistry applications.
